Q: I don’t speak Japanese.

A: No problem! Our agent has lived in the US and is fluent in English. You won’t need to speak or write Japanese at any stage of the process—we’ve got you covered!

Q: I don’t know where or when to start.

Q: What types of apartments are available?

A:  We offer a wide range of apartment types and sizes to suit your budget. For those looking to save, we provide affordable options with smaller units. If you prefer more comfort and are willing to stretch your budget, we recommend larger, newer units with modern designs. Our flexibility is a top-notch, and we’re committed to finding the perfect apartment to meet your needs! 

Q: What utilities are typically included in rent?

A:  Rent usually excludes utilities and you’ll need to set up electricity, gas, and water yourself. We also offer support for those setups so you don't have to be left confused about what to do after moving in.

Q: I’ve heard some negative stories about renting apartments in Japan. How can I make the right choice?
